What an anchored original is

FactLockCam creates the reference first: exact-file fingerprint, signed capture manifest, and an optional Polygon transaction that stores the manifest hash.

At factlockcam.com/open they unlock the package locally and see three separate results: file, signature, and public record. Nothing is uploaded.
